Great and lovely location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. Found in the very quiet area, the hotel offered great prices.
Although everything was perfect, some of the staff were abrupt.

The king studio was new-fashioned and the bed was very comfy. There was a spacious bathroom with shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The staff and people generally were really friendly.

The location was absolutely perfect, for example, Ohau Stream Walk was just a short stroll away from the hotel. Btw, the airport was 10 km away. The personnel was pleasant and excellent as expected.

The setting was easy, not far from the New World supermarket, a boardwalk to the centre of town took awhile and the railway track. The staff was excellent and the room was stylish, neat.

The value for money at this motel was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for our family of 8. The location was perfect for surfers, just a short distance from the surf breaks. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and took great care of us, even putting away our dishes and treating the kids to delicious hot chocolates. We were very comfortable and the motel was kept impeccably clean.
The breakfast option could be improved by offering a wider variety of choices.
